I was charged for my service dog that didn't spend one night there! I had him dropped off the day I checked out and my security deposit was kept . Its against the law to charge for service dog, the same guy charged me more then other workers. What is that saying? Also the room didn't have alot of items that are advertised, blow drier, coffe maker, microwave, and shower didn't work good...Same worker needs some public relations training...Poor attitude, the 1st day I checked in...I HAD NO TROUBLE WITH OTHER WORKERS...
